My style is very relaxed, I have a Certificate in Managing Happiness from HarvardX University and "The Science of Well Being" from Yale. I work from a strength based approach and use motivational interviewing techniques, all from a trauma informed approach. My dry British humour is also part of my style in supporting people to make better healthier happier choices or come to terms with their grief and loss.
